Questions and Answers
Q. How does the 30-day trial work?
A. After you create an account, you get instant access to all Equio Essential features for 30 days (and can upgrade at any time). We will email you before your trial expires. When you are ready to convert your trial to a paid subscription, you simply select the plan you would like. Your trial account will become your permanent account (everything remains intact). If you do not select “Do not auto-renew subscription” in your profile before the end of the trial period, your card will be automatically billed for an annual Essential subscription.
Q: What happens if I purchase reports during the trial period? Will I still be able to access them?
A. If you purchased reports during the trial but decide not to start paying for a subscription, don’t worry, you can still log into Equio to view your purchased reports. However, you will no longer have access to other Equio features.
Q. What are the billing options?
We offer annual billing. You can pay by credit card through Paypal for the Essential and Premium subscriptions. Contact Caroline Kowalski at ckowalski@newfrontierdata.com if you’d like to purchase an Enterprise subscription.
